Time: Every Thursday, 4:00-5:30 p.m.
Survivors of Suicide - For those who have lost a
loved one to suicide.

Young Widows & Widowers - For adults under 55
whose spouse/partner has died.
Time: 2nd and 4th Tuesday, 6:15 - 7:45 p.m.
Children’s Programs - A pre-attendance interview
is required for children and teen groups. Please call for an appointment

For children ages 5-12 whose loved one has a life-threatening

For children ages 5-12 who have experienced the death

Teenagers Living With Loss - Call the Bereavement

For teens ages 13-17, before or after a death in
their family or circle of friends.
There is no fee.

Volunteers are also available for individual grief
support.
A Bereavement team offers education, training
and emergency response to businesses and schools.
Home Hospice is a non-profit program and was founded
as the first hospice in Sonoma County in 1976. The Bereavement Program
is funded by community support. Donations are gratefully accepted.
